Love and Fit makes it easier for moms to get back in to shape. We want all women to feel empowered, strong and fit! Postpartum is hard enough already, but with workout gear that fits properly and inspiration to meet your goals; we hope to reach as many women as we can and provide them with something they LOVE and something that FITS.

CHALLENGE

Sometimes, even if you’ve got the right product, the right brand, the right message, and the right everything else, your success may not reflect that. The team at Love & Fit has both a great product and online presence but they were using outdated e-Commerce software that couldn’t track their customers in any useful or meaningful way.

OUR FOCUS

Our primary focus was to revamp Love and Fit's website in order to track valuable data that they were missing out on before.

We moved Love and Fit's entire platform to the e-Commerce world’s best-in-class, Shopify, and pretty soon, Love and Fit’s conversion rates increased dramatically.

To make the most out of Love & Fit’s already healthy email list, which they had been acquiring for months, we created automated email sequences, including Pre-Purchase, Post Purchase, Browse Abandonment, and Abandoned Cart. As you can see below, it was a smart move.

Culmination

Unstoppable siloed products to a specific long-form landing page and funnelled that traffic from the landing page directly to the cart, which led to a dramatic increase in conversions as well.
And as a cherry on top, Unstoppable implemented upsells to Love & Fit’s top sellers, which increased average order value by 20%! This allowed for greater marketing spend and company growth.

Love & Fit serves as a great example of how a company can truly explode overnight once all appropriate channels--and tools-- are used to their fullest potential.

FINDINGS

The Love & Fit team found that having an optimized website to collect valuable user data, and ensuring traffic is directed to the correct flows, would help take their store to the next level.

FUTURE CHALLENGES

With trends constantly changing and an ever-growing e-Commerce space, we believe that the Love and Fit team will need to stay up to date with their product offerings and advertisements.
